Is this wilful delay...?

Post by BingBong »

latley ive noticed an issue with lapsing and the packets on the lapse. when people take there mail from the lapse some of them leave the packets behind! is this allowed because the manager never seems to say anything when we complain about it on the SA's if we have any remaining lapse to clear up.? i mean if it is allowed im gonna leave the packets too. essentially managers are giving the green light for us to leave packets behind.

If they are doing it deliberately then it's definitely wilful delay. I don't understand why management allow it.

i cant speak in general but in our office the managers are weak and spineless, they single out those who they see as an easy touch. If they are on hols the managers just pee off and leave a message for the late manger. RM managers refuse to deal with the problem, and that is that some do actually take the mickey.

Basically what were saying is "Management Wilfuly Delay"not a problem "Posties WilfulyDelay " fact finding , disciplinary, dismissal, appeal (impartial) not if paid by RM dismissal stands,ET if you win they dont re employ.Try and get another job and explain to potential employers you were dismissed for gross misconduct.A simple manipulating of there own procedures and a little bit of collusion can if you are unlucky not to get another job actually finish your working career.I do hope for the individuals involved in my demise dont bump into me as i will have great delight in re addresing the balance
