why do we lose weekends and holiday weeks to managers?

Hi

Why aren't managers super numery? In other words, why do we compete
With them for holiday weeks and weekends? If our manager was off, its not as if
A walk wouldnt be covered, as he never needs to do one!
Only in very rare circumstances, and even then it's not a whole walk!
They should just book their holidays whenever they want them but it shouldn't affect
The holiday of normal staff, surely we should be able to book the same weeks as
a manager even if it's above the usual allowance of staff off at a time?
Basically, he shouldn't count on our holiday forms!Phew! Got there in the end!

managers are not included in the leave for the office - or they shouldn't be - they have their own leave list

might have an acting manager still on the posties list. Which would be strange because as soon as they go acting here they go straight on to the managers list.

Well one of our guys was looking for a Saturday off in august
But was told non available until October! When he listed the
Names of the people on the list the managers name was
Mentioned as being one
