overtime hours for covering walks cut

Our DOM has told is that coming in covering walks for holidays and sickness is only going to now be 6 hours instead of 7 hours 48 mins, tight bar stewards
Can they do this ??
What would happen if you come in at 8am and its not thrown off as we dont have enough people on IPS as it is

As an office don't come in for the 6 hours, full duty full pay or F off! Before you know it your Dom will be just wanting to pay you for the outdoor element.

been happening at our office for ages, on the very few occasions i work overtime ,its full shift or nothing.

not worth it, some people have to drive 15-20 miles to work . Take off petrol and tax and then its less than the minimum wage

Worked my day off today, 8hrs 10mins as the duty is desinged, came in an hour early too as they needed to 'backfill' the sorting, so 9hrs 10mins all together,i sometimes wonder how weak some of our members are seeing what is going on in thier various offices

7hrs on day off but no Ips

got told in our office because a few got done early on tuseday and i must say that was a really light day if not the lightest in the past 10 years the whole office now has to laps every day all summer.w.t.f

they sent the spies out no the most quietest day we have had in years the day the result off the ballot gets don't then the next day they say people were done early even tho they did there lapsing . and dom say you will now laps all week .dose he not no we only have limits on what our bodies can do

Don't lapse if you don't have the time. The way one c*** interprets traffic figures has little relation to how much can be done in any particular day no a matter what they "think"

tis true. only do the o.t if they pay you what you think its worth. If they are desperate they WILL pay. I got 6 hours just to take out half a walk. The DOM actually said "tell me what you want!" I should have tried it on even more really
