Overtime question. How much?
Hi all. Im due to start work as soon as my checks have been done. I have been on the waiting list for about a month,the original position for postman/driver I applied for was 30 hrs but this position I have now gone for is 23hrs 24mins over 3 days. Ideally id like 30-35hrs on average as id like to get closer to £300pw. Is there usually plenty of chances for overtime to get in an extra day? Im not expecting anything as a new starter but say after a while being there?

If its a big office there will be loads of overtime for you to do, just make sure you ask the manager how you inform them of the overtime you do (Varies in different offices). If its a smaller office there might not be as much, but you may be able to work days off.
