Have your say ! Dom wont display comments ?

We were told today that the "have your say" results will not contain the comments this year as they are too negative

I believe there were around 20 comments made mostly refering to the in balance of duty times and the unfairness in offering overtime within the office.

had ours and they had not printed them either, to be honest that was the bit i most enjoyed reading, besides all other scores have gone down dramatically!

Same in our office, all the results are down but at least we got to see them all- still they did point out the 3 results that were better than last year ffs

How can the rep and Dom plan to tackle any issues if no one knows what the issues are. As far as I am aware the rep can request a print out of results so no reason why the rep can't display it on a union board if you have one.

Ours haven't gone up at all , we thought they might go up this week as our DIM moved office but still no sign

we got all results, compared to last year, regional and national, just no comments printed that's all

Nothing put up at our office. Just a new board with number of complaints per walk. So we know how bad we are at our job but not how bad the DOMs are at theirs (as if we need telling)

why dont the managers make-up the answers like they always do.
or say the comment i will come back to you on that one.

We asked again on sat but she deffo will NOT put the comments up. The results should go up next week. They have always put the comments up every other year (the only bit worth reading) both good and bad so whats the deal this year ?

They made a big song and dance about wanting people to fill these in to get the response rate up from last year, so why would we bother next time if they aren't going to make the results public knowledge for staff?

They wanted this doing, we did it. Just because the results, specifically the comments, aren't convenient, shouldn't stop them being put up to be viewed.
