Uniform for 3 month contract

Hi All.
I've got my induction next week and I start the day after on a 3-month contract.
The literature seems to say that there's no uniform for anyone who's on a contract for less than 13 weeks.
So what do we wear? Do we source a blue shirt / hoodie / shorts ourselves?
I know all this will be answered next week but I want to be prepared and not faffing about the day before.

Ah, I think I've found the answer on another thread. Seems I'll get footwear and a hi-viz?

Most DO's always seem to have some old Uniform hanging around from people that have left etc so if you can find some use it as your own clothes will get ruined pretty quickly as will your own footwear.

Enjoy your stay but keep your arms inside the vehicle at all times as it can be a bumpy ride :)

so a decent t-shirt and baggy short would be ideal and don't wear jeans as it is too thick and get too soaked if it suddenly rain buckets.

Just dont do what i did when i first started all those years ago.... turn up in summer in some bondai beach shorts with flowers on lol

Do what I did on a 3 month contract. As soon as you have your pay number phone up the uniform help line. When they ask if if your contract is longer than 3 months just say yes.... Hey presto 7 days later 2 nice big boxes of uniform! ( this was about 18 months ago now on full contract)

Got to work like a scruffy c u n t and they might find you some uniform. Don't want the customers complaing do they :nana
