Royal Mail announces changes to postal service in Bromsgrov

ROYAL Mail has announced there are to be changes in the way it delivers mail in Bromsgrove.

Postmen and women will be using new delivery methods and different delivery routes under the changes, which are to be rolled out on a phased basis in the coming weeks.

Royal Mail say many customers will continue to receive mail before lunchtime, though the time people usually receive mail may change as this will depend on where a house or business is on new delivery routes.

Delivery arrangements and times will also be subject to change, depending on the volume of mail.

All householders, businesses and organisations are being written to, to inform them of the changes.

Jas Johal, from the Royal Mail, said: “The changes to delivery routes will mean that a member of our local and experienced team will still be delivering to our customers in and around Bromsgrove.”

“The local delivery team and I are fully committed to providing a high quality of service that is as reliable and friendly as customers have come to expect from Royal Mail in the Bromsgrove area over many years.”

Customers who have any queries after they have received a letter can call the Royal Mail’s customer services team on 0845 601 1399.

Same old bull s**t! They put that everytime just change the town or cities name, I've never seen a RM Manager commited to anything.
