You get back into work and then it starts.
1/DOM moans about the complaints about miss deliveries
2/ DOM moans at you for doorstepping a packets.
You then tell the DOM that you dont doorstep , you was on holiday and it was the docket king that doorstepped and did all the missdeliveries.
End of conversation .

It's not the docket king in y old office, docket king was a good worker very rarely any mis deliveries, and no doorstepping, but the runner who comes in early rushes the delivery and then gets most of it wrong, he does both of those, and the DOM says nothing, got back from holiday once and DOM informed me the previous week I had wrongly delivered three recordeds, Lino pointed out that it wasn't me, DOM handed me the recordeds and walked off.

i got hauled in for a fact finding interview on a monday morning ,, he went on a rant ,, ten minutes later,, i said show me the letters ,, ok fine ,, told him ,, i know nothing about this mail ,,another ten minute rant ,, i said when did this happen ,, saturday ,, i asked why you asking me that was my day off last week (i was a reserve at the time ) did i get an apology ,, the boy that was covering on the saturday was in and out in about 1 minute

Perhaps that explains the introduction of WCM. They can't follow a simple paper trail so Top management brought in a system with pretty colours and pictures, next phase World Class Management.

He called it the World Class Movement.
I asked him if he was sure about using the term Movement and he said yes because it was a coordinated group action.

all our world class champions the other week did not attend important union meeting
every one of them and all are union members
rm trying to split us up yet again.
wcm champs think they are actually important until i point out your so important they dont pay you for doing all their lap dog work for them planks
