Can someone direct/provide me with the various templates for achieving 1 in 4s etc. Particularly 9 day fortnights. Thanks

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Highly Amusing.Ive been with Royal Mail for quite a long time and I feel we battled for a shorter working week for ages.Now I watch people falling over them selves to work basic 50+ hour weeks :crazy: Is that even legal ?

It is legal, but it is also stupid. Fought for a 5 day week, and many are just throwing it in the bin. After time, the extra weeks off won't be worth it as you just end up recovering that week and have little energy to enjoy yourself.

Not really. You work more hours over the course of a year than you should apparently.
I have yet to speak to anyone who does this and is happy with it.

yes you might work more hours one year but your only 6 weeks behind you might work less hours the next year its well dodgy thats why i dont do it
