Do you get paid for every lead, or only leads where the sending customer is successfully converted to using the Royal Mail?
Idly curious about how worthwhile it could be to tailgate a TNT / DPD guy on collections...

We had this in my office I thought it was a con doing the sales staff work for them on the cheap, one mug did fall for it and given them a lead but unfortunately he was told that "they already had this information" so he didn't get his reward, it will no doubt be plagiarised by the DOM, not surprisingly there was no further leads forthcoming !.

We once had a WTLL session about this, and were badgered for about 20 minutes to try and spot opportunities for RM to get work from our competitors.
One of the lads there merely responded by asking why the hell should we try and win new business, when RM does nothing to keep the business it has, as they did and still do lose customers by continually changing collection times, price increases, having them segregate the mail on site themselves etc. etc.
