B/H Grievence being heard finally

I am tomorrow finally getting my case heard only been waiting since October last year ,

Even by Royal mail standards the invetigating period has lapsed so obviously not taking it serious,

The manager taking it is or was part of the grievence when back in jan 2012 he was part of the meeting that the acting dom agreed and signed a duty change and then 3 days later went back on it , so basically conflict of interest there


I also have stage 2 meeting due to being off with depression the issue in december when dom accused me of mail bought back to office, when yesterday my omv failed out on delivery yesterday and made me wait 3hrs and did not bother coming out to see if I was ok and only in the end of making calls out of my own phone got soeone to take specials off me , but left me with a full load of delivery , which never got delivered until today

I have all my paperwork fron 2011 when it all started cannot wait, this is one meeting when I wont hold back I have all RM policy on B/H plus CWU

No Neither are they.

Thanks for the wishes , Did not have a good night sleep thinking about the meeting in the morning,

Then guess what the manager did not contact the CWU area rep so the meeting was cancelled along with stage
2 still if they carry on the new attendence procedure will be in and I probably be knocked back to stage 1 , but area rep said that really it all comes under the b/h


RM have had there chance so I am now going to put it in the hands of bob gibsons office to ask for it to be done under there new external B/H issues they had been informed when they asked for postpersons to write in .
