As it's now the beginning of new financial year, i was wondering was there any news on this years pay rise from union HQ?

How insensitive of you! How dare you ask for a pay rise on time!
The union and royal fail have far more important issues to worry about!
Like how to stitch us up even more......

Why do talk over our pay rise go on and on ? Why can that not be negotiated like a few weeks before ,then we get it when we should?

I hope they will come to agreement and pay the lump sum by mid June. I want it for my holiday. Knowing Royal Mail it will be October.

And maybe October of next year, when did RM ever do anything to our advantage (moneywise).
