Well its happened. I finally snapped. Ive become tired of the relentless bullying tactics by certain managers in our DO.

Good luck BTW someone done this ion our office and within 2 weeks a RM manager came down.

I have finally got my meeting soon regarding this issue , though RM have gone all the wrong way in getting the meeting set up, suppose to have an impartial manager, it turns out to be the manager that sihned an agreement then 3 days later renegaged on it

The he got the manager who the B/H is against to write the email out to me telling me off the date , which goes against confifentallity

I have only waited since january for this to be set up, definatly not in RM timeline

Good on you.
It is the best way-as in making a paper trail, writing a diary or such like and noting what was said and every B/H action against you.
There can be no answer by management when you have dates, times and more importantly witnesses etc over a good period of time.
Every one should keep a diary of what happens to them, this is one way to defeat these facist idiots.

When i emailed her about serious problems with our D.O i was assigned a case officer who investigate the claims. Strangely enough all the people who i accused said "it werent us he's lying" and he took their word and without any face to face with me or another word concluded the case.

Oh no, he did have some advice, he suggested stopping cigarette breaks and coffee breaks to increase moral what planet he currently resides on i do not know.

They will.do nothing believe me .It will all be turned round and before you know it theB+H is increased.You end up going off "Attendance procedure" kicks in .Stand your ground and they pull you on the most trivial "Mistake" That becomes a "Conduct Issue" before you know it your "Suspended" see where im going its not pretty .They even "Victimise"any potential witnesses watch these b******* they are like adog with a bone.It will be turned round ito a "Vexatious" claim get the picture goo luck ."TRUST NO ONE"
