In world class mail who does initial cleaning are us posties getting stuck with it or is it cleaners job

The WCM lot make some areas of the office look tidy. They just throw any stuff they don't want in yorks and wheel it into a cupboard/room somewhere so some poor git has to tidy the mess up after they've decided to go elsewhere. I wonder if they trained my son to tidy up :hmmmm
