I have recently been offered a job at my local royal mail depot as a postman. I have just received my contract after receiving an e-mail a week ago telling me what to return with my contact, however my phone has died on me and I have lost the e-mail. Just wondering if anyone can offer any advice on where I could get hold of the downloadable documents I need to send back.

I just found another thread with this in it. Do you know where I can download the 'expression of wish' form?
1. A signed contract (one copy only, please retain the other copy for your information) which will be posted out to you.
2. Your completed P45 (or if you don’t have this from your previous employer, then please print and complete the attached P46).
3. A completed Expression of Wish Form (this form is to provide us with details in respect of payment for the lump sum death in service benefits).
Also attached is information which you should read prior to your starting date and which should be retained for future reference.
