Post P&L we are now getting our flats delivered to us mixed so instead of throwing off your own work you first have to separate the work of someone else's that is mixed in with yours.

Flat trays have never afaik been sent out from MCs separated by walk, they're normally just all flats for office x. Some get a breakdown by area where they pay the MC for it.

Never heard of buddy trays at your MC?
Two walks,sometimes three,occasionally four.
Been getting them for years from EMC.

No such thing as buddy trays down here, though don't know if that applies to the trays of sequenced letters. For any non-mech stuff the job of the MC is to sort it to DO. MCs don't have the room to do loads of splits for DOs and besides the more splits an office gets, the quicker the vans get blown out, which means more stuff on the later runs, which would then probably end up with the DOs starting later
