References from rm

Hi left rm in october with ihr, i have been offered a job dependant on reference. My question is what kind of reference will i get cos i had a lot of time off? Getting a bit worried cos the job is something i want to do. cheers

think they tell them your srevice , how long you worked there, nothing else.

I think references for any purpose are dealt with (at least they used to) by Bristol. When any company/organisation asks for a reference Bristol write to you with a form to sign to get your permission to send the reference to whoever is asking for it.

There is also a section that says wether they would employ you again other than that its as said above.
