can anyone point me in the direction of where to download the forms -- i need to put in some grievances -im just back from a months suspension and mightilly pi##ed off

tried that but its not actually a form to fill in

I downloaded them, saved to my laptop as microsoft office word file, and can fill in the form that way.

You motivation is not revenge, you want to stop them doing this to others.

If management have broken internal rules regarding your suspension, write to Moya. They are more likely to get their arses kicked through this channel.

You don't need any grievance forms you can just write a letter if you want to,so long as you entitle the heading as something like MY Grievance.... it would be admissible in any court.,you can even write it on the back of a match box or some bog paper if you like, just keep a copy for yourself.
