WCM and smoking

Amazing all the brilliant little efficiencies that we are seeing under WCM, nothing is out of bounds, apart from smokers who probably waste tens of thousands of man hours in Royal Mail and god knows how much in British industry. Has anybody seen this addressed at their offices at all because it seems to be an untouchable club and I'm thinking of joining with an electronic fag :dance

Well, if you can't drink coffee anymore then you shouldn't be smoking either, after all, those things will reduce efficiency..............but then, managers and WCM champions also reduce efficiency and we can't get rid of them :nervous

Yup could ban people from talking and maybe even peeing too that would save loads of time?! :crazy:

Well no because there would be physical constraints for some members of staff :chuckle a cork perhaps, but I was thinking more stood at the frame or whilst out delivering.

You may laugh (or not) but our DOM says that come the revision ; nobody will be allowed to go to the toilet during IPS.

Apparently this is a good thing
