Dingo, when you say units, are we talking about large DOs. I work in an SPDO and although our parent DO has received the full £1000 we are still waiting for the final £200. The National Agreement states that SPDOs will receive their payments in line with the parent DO. So why is this not happening? We keep being told by area rep that it is waiting to be signed off. This is nonsense because it should have been signed off the same time that the DO received theirs.

There are some interesting statistics amongst that lot.
With only 3 months to go until the original end date 150 units have made no attempt to "transform"?
Not even a table top?
Seems very difficult to believe.

Is that delivery offices?
If so how does that work?
That combination wasn't even part of the plan.

Only 369 out of 1500 odd offices have managed to complete the transformation process,sign off the PIR and bank the money in nearly 3 years....very poor.

The list probably includes all business units. MCs and Engineers have a £400/£600 split.

Make that 368 - Paid us out the last tranche but the P&L has stalled along with what I think is WCM. All went quiet after Price Waterhouse visited.

Fish the 14 offices are from your neck of the woods done a deal to get that amount.

Now it is true that there are 150 offices who have yet to do a revison and one of options is that they do a combined revison and get the full £1000.

There are 200 revisions planned to be introduced prior to the end of the financial year. My guess is that there will be drift on that. However the union`s position is we cannot move onto any further talks on the future without paying the outstanding lump sums.

The list does not include mail centres , collection hubs only delivery offices.

Revisions were being done in MCs and with Network drivers.
This was going to have a knock-on effect on DOs.
The move to a 7am start was a consequence of changes elsewhere in the operation that impacted on deliveries before they had their revisions.
Getting £400 for offices who hadn't seen a penny of the TLS wasn't that bad a move I don't think.

My guys would happily absorb our current lapsed duties for £1000 by end of March - - RM can plan for a DMR whenever they like thereafter at my DO
