Haveing to go sick cos I'm not allowed my restday

Im a full timer but have no walk yet been doing this for 5 years And heres the problem iv not been takeing my rest day cos of the Christmas deal and iv been working with a really bad cold and a Wrist sprain that happend on a walk but still been going in
iv had Mondays as my day off befor but to day I'm very sick can't get out of the tollet and ask for my rest day so not to be put down as sick not knowing wot walk I'm doing cos i only ever find out on Mondays when they show us the roter so I never know if my rest day is Monday or not so end up working them and just because a lot of ppl have called in for a day off I'm being put down as sick I would like to go in but can't and I may be put on a stage because he's in a mood and saying I'm not allowed it
If I get put on a stage he's the one that will do the interview and it will put down as my fult

Why do I get in trobble for having a day off every time I know this one is bad timing
But iv got leave left but he won't use that so it's now a sick day for a 24 hour bug

It's a double trigger system.
14 days in 12 months triggers a stage whether it's 1,2 or 3 periods of absence.
4 periods of absence also triggers a stage even if it's 4 one day absences.
Those are the two things to watch for,don't have 14 days and/or don't have 4 periods of absence.
