Modernisation Payments.

Hiya fellas. Hope you all had a good xmas and whatnot.

So I'm in one of the offices that has yet to have its revision. (March they believe now).
My union rep has been saying that regardless of whether the revision has happened or not they have a deadline of the end of January for all outstanding payments?
I was just wondering if this was the case or not, sorry if this is in the wrong section, feel free to move if necessary.
oh as far as i was aware the payment plan was a 3 part plan, (Sequencing, walk revision, then final payment)? as of yet we have only received the 1st payment for the implementation of the sequencing machines. How much remains of this supposed payment?

I think we had £200 1st then £600 2nd payment at our office about 18 months ago.We still haven't had last £200 so hopefully if you say end of January we might actually get it?

Yeah i'm just hoping someone in the know reads this and has an answer :)

The only deadline is for the shorter working week which will be introduced no later than the w/c 28th January 2013 in all functions whether you've had a revision or not.
There is no agreement as yet to pay the outstanding transformation lump sums up front.
