If Tuesday is my day off this week and next week it means I don't get my day off two weeks in a row? Is this right/fair?

Don't want leiu time. Want a break at christmas/new year, worked hard enough the last two months. I bet they give me stick when I try to book two saturdays off as leiu time huh! Means I'll have three f***ing leiu days to take next year. Sucks.

I'm in the same boat and they won't give me any extra days. It sucks. I hate this company.

Missed my day off on weds then got to do 3 days d2d on thursday :sad: now that sucks!

Why would you have two Tuesdays off in a row? If you have a rotating day off you would be off Wednesday next week, and you will get a day in lieu for tomorrow and if you are off next Tuesday New Year's Day.

For the benefit of colleagues south of the border, it should be noted that next Wednesday 2nd Jan is a holiday for us folks north of the border.

Also for the benefit of colleagues south of the border, it should be noted that our Scottish brethren surrender a day at Easter for the extra day during New Year.

Not on a rotate. Am a reserve, always on the same walk (no one else wants to do it) which seems to have every Tuesday off.
