Firms shut at Xmas - no keepsafe

Been told by the business reply/p.o box person that all firms mail must be taken out between xmas and new year if they haven't paid for a keepsafe as the auditor may come checking!
I told the dom that everyone should be made aware of this on Xmas eve in case of any conduct code issues arising from this i.e helping out firms with unpaid for keepsafes!
This has never been an issue previously.

Yeah I expect that technically they are supposed to fill in the application form but they never do.

Best thing to do is take it out............and then bring it back when they're closed, do that for the 3/4 days and then hand the responsibility over to your manager, remember it's their job to think, not ours

I will do that yes,the dom did say something about giving us stickers to say delivery attempted but company shut or words to that affect,will see what happens tomorrow.
