i am finishing on time on xmas eve like many others,shall i suggest skimming to the dom ,delivering 1st class xmas cards etc and leaving brochures and other crap in the frame until thursday.

2. As long as the Manager makes a decision.
3. Yes but thats the Manager arse on the line if they make the wrong decision not the Posties. However, if you stream off your own back be prepared for a period of suspension and basic pay followed by JSA.
