My DOM cant get my O/T right!!
Always less than it should be and just as well I write it all down.
He was pleading with me to do parcels on O/T today and I refused because he always fooks up my O/T payments .
His expression made my day :nana

Yeah mine is just the same, I also put it all down in writing and hand it to him at the end of the week yet it is ALWAYS short.... It happens too often to be sheer incompetence, I honestly think its a deliberate act of fraud in the hope we won't notice.

Once in a while is a mistake.
Twice in a month or 2 is incompetence
any more than that is pre-meditated mendacity.

Not true Judgee. Have been overpaid on several occasions and paid overtime when I haven,t even done any. Do I feel guilty. No, makes up for all the stress they put me under and the crap overtime rates when you do some.

If your o/t is docked without your DOM telling you, then it's theft.
