What kind of percentage have offices got of 1 in 4 within the office. Planner telling us that to get a 1 in 4 then a percentage of the office have to work every Saturday to get it too work. That's not what the 2010 agreement says I'm sure. It's for those that want it.

we have 1 in 4

we work 3 weeks then get 4th week off

nobody has to work every saturday although we do longer hours to get it

Extremely roughly 75/25 FT/PT (anything <39 hours); FT get 2 Sats per 6 weeks (Mon/Tues/Sat off); 22.5hr work Mon/Tues/Sat; 30hr work 4 day weeks on floating rotation with 2 consecutive days off (so get a 5 day long weekend every two or three weeks).

I think I've probably locked up 40 of the last Saturdays, if not more.
I was asked, "What changes would you like to see in the future with your role?"

Getting a bleeding Saturday occasionally off would work!!!!
