Last two weeks been coming in early on o/t to prep my walks frame then going out doing a full round. Looked at payslip today, and 56 quid bonus, while F/T get the full whack for doing the same job I have done in the last couple of weeks. Another case of the P/T's getting screwed by RM.
Minus tax and national insurance, it doesn't leave much out of £100 does it.Just wondering how much the managers get for there Christmas bonus ??? Any ideas anyone..

I got one and only started beginning of December! Wasn't expecting it as only been here 3-4 weeks, but I'm sure Royal Mail will take it back off me if it was a mistake.

That makes sense; but don't forget that a lot of part timers have to finish off prepping their frames, do packets, redirections, d2d and bag up, because the F/T pished off an hour earlier than they should. hmmm, yes I can see your point, how much harder a F/T'er works when compared to the P/T worker, its worth that full whack.

In my book if you slog the streets in all weathers deliveing mail then you deserve the FULL bonus PT or FT, end of.
