Its hell.

Done a similar job at another mail order company. Only so many times you can be called a w****r, idiot or have your mothers virtue questioned before you lose the will to try and help.

If I phone up to complain,I always explain to the person on the other end that it's not them I am having a go at and I don't want to upset them but,and then fly off into my tirade,because there's an old saying that holds a lot of truth and it is:you can tell the calibre of a person by the way they treat people they don't have to be nice too.

I always remain polite, as the call centre staff don't get paid enough to take that kinda shite (I used to work in a customer relations department). I much prefer to write a thinly veiled sarcastic letter to the CEO of the company- it usually gets dealt with a different team to 'normal' complaints and they want to resolve it quicker.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

The bigger the company the bigger the amount of complaints..... more cars ....more crash`s ..same thing.

With Amazon having 80 major wharehouses in the USA with 4 in Arizona and 1 being the biggest in the world 1.2 million sq feet.. and another 80 WORLDWIDE...and sales of 1 million an hour worldwide...you cannot expect 100% perfection...not even our MPs are that good....

Amazon should keep us busy for years.... as internet sales continue to increase yearly in coming years.

Don't mind amazon parcels but I hated ebay stuff as they seems to have too many recorded delivery or people buying bulkloads of it.

worst packets are those chuffing phone chargers , cant post them , hard to write s/l on them, and why do so many people buy shoes online! :mad
