maybe covered under the equalities act depending on what the illness was, also will depend on when these days off occurred he maybe just outside the time limits to trigger a stage warning

No I just wondered coz I thought U was allowed 4 abscences within 12 months then its a stage. He has had nice individual days. Just wondered coz if so surely anyone can do that?

i think you will find there is a specific reason why he has not been issued a stage warning, probably has an illness which is covered under the equalities act or even he has simply not telling anyone he got a stage warning, as unless he tells you there is no way to know for sure he hasnt got it

You still get the interviews when you are on DDA, at least I do, I'm on a permanent stage 2 due to depression, every time I get a stage 3 it gets knocked back to a stage 2, it's madness, and a complete waste of time and resources, so yes the system is flawed, and going to the interview is stressful, which causes anxiety, which causes depression, so I need time off to get over it, ad infinitum.
