A FEW FACTS WHEN WORKING IN DELIVERIES

OVERTIME IS NOT COMPULSORY IN ROYAL MAIL

IF YOU FLEX 30 MINUTES YOU ARE ENTITLED TO BE GIVEN THE 30 MINUTES BACK IN THE SAME WEEK

WHEN TRAFFIC LEVELS ARE ABOVE YOUR MODEL WEEK YOU CANNOT ABSORB

DELIVERY TO A NEIGHBOUR IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE DELIVERY OPG – NOBODY ELSE

What for, they already know what the agreements are and reading this will not in any way deter them from breaking every rule in the book to fall in line with Moyas demands.

That's a good point.
It's time to stop all of this bullshit about rogue managers and uneducated managers and certain area managers with an agenda.
It's time we or should i say union HQ faced up to the fact that this line management are taking is business wide and coming from the top.
Dave Ward is sitting across the table from liars.....end of story.

Yes. The agreement says that you should not refuse reasonable requests. However if you have prior commitments then it is reasonable for you to reject a request to flex, and for the same reason it is reasonable for the company to reject your request to flex if they do not have the resources available to cover. It therefore must be assumed that flexing is by mutual agreement

never flexed never will :Very Happy get back to the office same time every day normal pace busy days & leisurley stroll {knock on neighbours for packets etc ) on quiet days
