Just interested in knowing some info from offices that are actually working under the p&l revision.

1) Roughly how many calls on both walks
2) How many attendance calls are spans based on
3) Do you usually get done (within say 15 mins) on the heavier days (not counting xmas of course)
4) Do you have a f/t and p/t on each shared duty
5) Do you do ips as well as prep
6) Are the p&l routes based on previous cycle duties or have they been increased

1) Roughly how many calls on both walks - No set amount cos it depends on the area you deliver to
2) How many attendance calls are spans based on - 75% i think ours were set at but when tested my walk and my partners were 96% so massive fail!
3) Do you usually get done (within say 15 mins) on the heavier days (not counting xmas of course) No we cut off 90% of the time
4) Do you have a f/t and p/t on each shared duty - No ours are mixed 2ft or 2pt or 1ft and 1pt - its another f**k up!
5) Do you do ips as well as prep - For ft 1 preps and 1 is on ips - For pt then both prep
6) Are the p&l routes based on previous cycle duties or have they been increased - No cycle duties at my office so don't know?

Between 1250-1400

Cut off's are a regular occurance since the start (6 months ago)
4) Do you have a f/t and p/t on each shared duty
Meant too, but no. Some duties were for p/t time, but they allowed f/t's to sign for them. We only have a few p/t's anyway. Another resign after the p.i.r is expected.God knows when!
5) Do you do ips as well as prep
Again, meant too. But flow has gone out the window. It lasted roughly 2 weeks.We nearly all prep, then sort till finish, then back to our walks.
6) Are the p&l routes based on previous cycle duties or have they been increased
No cycle duties in my office, but the walks were overhauled big time, i would say more than 60% are unrecognisable.
