Extra money for training someone?

Today I was told from next week I'll be taken off my duty to do parcel deliveries for Xmas, I was also told my replacement is a new starter and I'll be training him from tomorrow.

Do you get any extra pay for training a new starter?

I am sure trainers in our DO get an extra £30 a week. Don't know if your a trainer. If your not don't. Know if they will expect you to do it for nowt knowing Rm
