Police and Crime Commissioner Voting Cards

Can anybody tell me what the procedure is/was for claiming payment for these voting cards? In our office we was originally told to work on the basis of 3 per household then have only been paid for 2 per household. Does anybody know the correct amount we should get paid for please.
