We just got told at our tuesday morning "demoralization" that all HCT users will have to attend a training course on how to use their trolleys!!!
Isn't it a case of "hold the 2 hand grips, push and walk" training over?
Has anyone else done the training and know what it actually entails?
Also, we were told that we will be issue with "postman pat" style hats with "No to Privatisation" written on them to wear over christmas!!!! What on earth are they thinking??!?!

It should be about the rules and regs ... Like how long you can leave the HCT... Security issues etc etc. Not just how to push a trolley. You should have, mind you the benefit of no training (if it can be proved) makes it harder to sack you for not following the SSOW. Other than the security aspect which they CAN sack you over 
I guess it will be more about loading than pushing. All the weight should be loaded near the back at the handle. If loaded wrong they are twice as heavy to handle
