If my licence was revoked, on the grounds that i blacked out whilst taking medication. and my jobtitle is postman with driving... would i lose my job? temp conract.??

potentially you could would depend on whether they wanted to keep you or if there was a job available in your office that you could do with out the need to drive, its really going to come down to the local conditions in your office its not a clear cut yes or no answer unfortunately

I was taken on in February for the post of something like "Postman/woman with some driving duties" I reckon that if I ever get to do any driving duties there will be a flotilla of Pigs flying daily in the sky.

i got my license revoked wen i was younger for being a silly boy, i was a driver just went onto a walk, got it back few months later after pasising test again straight back onto the driving, ull be fine

I think the licence has been revoked because of a medical condition and not over something 'stupid' that they have done, I doubt that RM would allow them to drive again for fear that they would have to pay out for any claims.

A changeover test, it's basically going out with some sort of AA examiner and driving around for 30 minutes to make sure you're not totally useless at driving.

Unfortunately there are fewer walking duties in a DO now.
It isn't as simple as the old days.

He might be OK. He might not.
It depends on the individual circumstances of his DO.
