Cycle to work

Am about to sign up for the cycle to work scheme but am concerned that Royal Mail will take back the bike after 18 months as per the agreement. I understand I am leasing and pay a final charge of £35 for collection and disposal, but would rather know up front if royal mail do reclaim the bikes or simply apply a further final charge as settlement, and the bike remains mine. Any thoughts?
