I wasn't told today I've got 13 holidays I've got to book before April.

At the same time I was handed a sheet from
1/4/13 - 24/3/14 and told I've got to book all my holidays for next year. Is it the norm to have to book them all this far in advance??

Yes some places have already selected theirs. Is a strange system to get used to but with the way Managers manage staff in RM its a system that has it merits.

your lucky we will probably be booking them in feb13 mar 13
