Buy back holiday leave?

Can anyone tell me if you can still buy back holiday leave? and how many days you can have. Do i need to contact HR or do it through management. cheers

yes you can, see your dom round the end of january cut off is end of feb for each holiday year

Sorry If I'm being a bit thick but what exactly do you mean by buying back holidays.... do you mean getting paid for leave that you're unable to take due to lack of available weeks?

No it means you can purchase extra days to take your holiday entitlement up to 6 weeks. It's taken out of your weekly pay over the year. I purchased 8 days to give me the full 6 weeks. Costs me about £9 a week.

only problem i see is trying to use it up
getting holidays gets harder and harder at ours
simply not enough staff
Staff already being turned down for leave in march next year
