Pre employment checks
Hello I had applied for royal mail for 6 month temp contract , I had got selected for Job and I got a message saying they are going to pre employment check . I want to know if I fail the pre employment check does the royal mail mention the reasons for failing the check or just simply say that I had failed the check .Can anyone plz help with this query

How come people are getting 6 month temp contracts when I've been here two years and am still getting 3 month contracts? Is this real? Anyway, wouldn't know about failing pre-employment checks as obviously passed mine 
but I would think they wouldn't have to/or won't give a reason as its coming upto xmas and they must be recruiting thousands of people for the xmas rush, and therefore wouldn't have the time so I would imagine you would just get a standard letter saying NO. But like I say, what do I know.
