Weekly day off when some leave is booked?

I booked off three days annual leave for next week; Wed/Thurs/Fri, and today next week's rota has come up and I don't have the weekly day off. I'm a reserve and as such don't have a rotating day.

Anyone know what the exact rules are on this as I will confront them about it tomorrow.

PS: Thread isn't about this but I actually booked Wed->Sat, but it just so happens they have no record of the Saturday being off, just when they are desperate for me to cover one of two rurals that very few people know.

Your still entitled to your day off in addition to your holiday. If your manager has allocated your day off on one of your holiday dates, you should get 1 day's holiday credit back.
