Has sickness gone up in your office since P & L has arrived? One Girl crying in the van last week over the workload and under constant pressure has now gone sick, and another two has gone down today this brings the office to 5 at present, how is your office doing? but they still have walks on overtime and apparently the DOMs says P & L is working.

Yeah but when you have expert doctors like we have at our craphole, we are all soon up and running again.

Pretty much everyone has gone off with 'sickness' since the evil P&L introduction.

4 with long term stress and 2 with physical conditions that prevent them from working.

not good, no morale non friendly office fierce management style ,if you dont like it get a job somewhere else attitude. it is a performance problem that you cant finish
on time .good people are being crushed.sick list getting longer ,management getting desperate.help us Billy help us DAVE.

The office i am based at has not had the revision put in,it has been kicked out on many occasions,i have got offices around me that have had a revision and it appears that the staff are going sick more frequently,common ailments are policeman's heel and shin splines,i do see that there are more managers under pressure and seem to be cracking under the pressure which is unbelievable as they tend to be sedentary in their work,the poor postie has more work than can be cleared and most of the time just keeps going until the job is done so yeah i think your most probably right yeah the sick is going up.

What do these people think will happen if they have an accident on duty?
Do they think when it is investigated or at the attendance procedure RM will go - we know you were just trying to help the business. Sorry about the bad back. Take all the time you need to recover.
Or will they ask - were you using the correct equipment? No. Then it was your own fault.
