He told me to have a go at it and play about, set my office bsi to what I thought was reasonable and see what hours come out of it and how duties look etc

Any tips on what to do etc.
Van checks have been put in
14 mins weekly check on a monday and 6 mins tues-sat
Manual intervention is also in ranging from 10 mins additional time to a stonking 59 minutes for a firms delivery, but we have a good mix with an average of an additional 23 minutes on top of what georoute gives, which I believe is 20 minutes for 500 delivery points, increasing or decreasing dependant.
Prep has also been given using postcode percentages split from a new program, along with css figures, ranging from 1% for a small relief delivery up to 2.34% for one of the known biggies.
There is a hell of a lot to look at, but all the tools are in this duty builder, even the p130?! thingy the rcs codes, shedloads of stuff to check through scary though how every minute of your day is mapped out.
Anyway enough of me going on.
