Is there an agreed time you get at the end of your duty to pouch off?. Would think it's different for both hct and cdv duties but maybe it's not. Now cdv has a van full of bags etc to take in it must take a while to clear everything up when getting back to the office.

We get around 15 mins to drive back and pouch off and it should be built in

I'm guessing it would be different from office to office,15 mins for my place would not be enough,it's tight now if it was to be properly measured,now add on the P&L stuff...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
