Might sound daft.... but... was told a couple of days ago (by the DOM -Acting) that come the revision then people on IPS (up to 90 mins) would not be allowed to go to the toilet. As it was reasonable that they could 'hold it'

Just go there and then...........and then you'll have to go home to clean up...............and the cleaner will have to come in to clean up the area because it wouldn't be safe for other (H&S and all that)

Apart from the obvious H&S considerations,the possible equality and sex discrimination issues the ability to go to the toilet when you need to has been custom in Royal Mail way past long enough to be considered an implied term of your contract of employment.
Any attempt to change this should be met with a disagreement and a quick phone call to your branch.

I mentioned all this last year, as we have already went through the revision.
RM are affectively doing away with the 10 minute grace break and nobody is fighting it.
