We all know that theres a great importance on having mail cleared and delivered each day, but what are the actual implications to the office of not having a couple of deliveries or even general mail unsorted and undelivered ?
On some days in my office theres a noticeable desperation in the managers when struggling to get deliveries covered on overtime, I just wondered what exactly are the penalties to an office for non delivery for a day ?

Every region has about 1.5 million "slush fund" for USO failures. However there are HUGE questions to the DSM's now as they are directly accountable. Makes me wonder though that the amount of disciplinary for failed walks get blamed on OPG's. This is for the slightest thing. Reps! Get the members to do things correctly,( if you can!).
