It's actually 75 BSI ... but you are correct in that anything above is usually for employees on incentive which can be monitory (piecework/bonus etc etc). That's not saying companies cannot set targets that are higher but it is unusual ... but the RM management are anything but usual and CWU should accept nothing more than 75 BSI.millitant wrote:what they do not tell you is that BSI will tell you any percentage over 80 BSI is normally achieved by an incentive program, bonus, etc
