Nice idea but your logic I think is flawed. But then again mine might be.

By wallington week I guess you mean 5 weeks working 6 days 1 week off (totaling 30 working days) as opposed to 6 weeks working 5 days (also 30 days) -

Also everyone gets the DS paid 52 weeks a year anyway.

people keep mentioning this wallington week of 5 weeks in 1 week off but how does that conform to the agreement of 1 in 4 Saturdays off . wouldn't your wallington have to be 3 weeks in 1 week off. or are new revisions just accepting that they wont get the 1 in 4 Saturdays off

The Delivery Supplement is not a supplement, it's part of basic pay.

Depending on the size of your office you can have a mixture of duties , some having a day off , some every sixth week. My previous DOM even said if you get a team together and prepared to cover each others duty on a Sat then you could have a couple of Saturdays off per month in addition to whatever system the office has in force; providing it gets covered without incurring any financial cost to RM he couldn't care less.
