I know this has been discussed on another thread....But i need a definite answer on the subject please..
The problem being in our office if someone does not have the time to complete their walk they are told to stream the mail..ie take all the mailsort out the frame and undated 2nd class mail...Surely that is willful delay on the part of the managment for telling you to do this...Can somebody please tell me the party line on this thanks..

If a manager tells someone to do this it is called 'Operational Needs' !

It's not allowed and should be flagged up through the union and i would also be tempted to email Moya.
Management received an Ops message a couple of years ago telling them that streaming was not to happen under any circumstances.
