Our £100 and the Mangers £1,000

Heard that managers got £1,000 to our £100 in colleague shares, hold on a minute its company shares should we all not get the same? and we went on strike with this crappy union, wonder how much the top union members received for signing the agreement papers?

A calculated insult. Nothing more, nothing less.
Just one way they can demonstrate their utter contempt for us.
I mean, £1000 bonus for the average DOM? £100 bonus for postal workers having to work through varying levels of discomfort and pain on a daily basis?
If that is not an insult, I don't know what is.

What gets me is some posties I know in a near bye office has been made up to managers recently and they picked up their grand but kept it very quite.

well i was on rehab and stayed in doing deads etc and they just sit in the office chatting, get up for a coffee , sit down again, go home at 1pm.
1000's of them like this @ £25000+ bonus per year. Please Moya get rid of them or at least get them on the streets with us.

Shouting won't make things better and I would imagine yours is a very very small office. What do you want to make him up to? Do you have a rep? Are you in the union?
